How do I qualify for home health?

To qualify for home health services, one must be under the care of a physician, and one must be getting services under a plan of care created and reviewed regularly by a doctor.

How soon can the process start?

To initiate the process, your care physician has to certify the need for your home healthcare. Our firm will wait to receive the order for your home healthcare, and once we successfully receive the required order, our team will schedule your first appointment as soon as possible.

Do you also take care of my Lab work/blood draw, if needed?

Yes, we can obtain the lab requisition from your primary care so we can order one for you. The Lab Company will reach out to you and set an appointment.

How long do I stay in your service?

We offer short-term tenure home healthcare services where the timeframe depends on the need or condition of the client. For personalized time projection, kindly contact our customer support.

Is there a Co-pay?

There is no Co-pay as we are contracted by Medicare.

Do you cover medical equipment and supplies if the client is in need?

Ability plus home healthcare covers your regular medical supplies. On the other hand, the medication and supplies specific to your condition have to be sent by your physician to a supplier, which will be billed to your insurance directly.
